a) Stonies Sausage School fundraiser – approximately $4100 profit!!

b) 6 th and 8 th Grade Reconciliation

c) 6 th and 8th Grade field trip to Sierra Club last week

d) 8 th - Immaculate Conception Mass

e) 9 th – PK and K visit from support dogs

f) 13 th – Christmas Concert at 7:00 – no band this year

g) 15 th – 4 th and 7 th grade Reconciliation

h) 16 th – Early Dismissal 11:00 AM

i) 19 th – Cured & Cultured – 10% donated to QP all day

j) Jan 3 rd – return to school

b) Trivia Night update – $3968 profit. Chair needs an assistant night of to count

money and Pick Your Payout envelops need a sticker/stamp stating $20 limit.

a) Dec 17 th 8:00 – Church cleaning. Bring a bucket and cleaning rag.

b) Children’s Liturgy 10:00 AM Mass – all ages welcome

c) Belleville Christian Center – Looking for volunteer to make sandwiches.

b) Newman Dinner - $10 donation – Feb 7 th (MC/S Meeting night)

f) Trunk or Treat – on 10/30 – Miranda’s chair - $5/family

g) Movie Night – date TBD

h) Spring Carnival – last week in March – need a chair!!


28. Social Programs – Mandy Werle


a) Trunk or Treat – update provided by Miranda Wentz (chair) – Good turnout and

fun event! Proposing to host inside the gym going forward.

b) Big Cinn Fundraiser – deadline to order Dec 9 th . Pick up in cafeteria Dec 15 th .

c) Santa’s Cottage – Dec 11 th - registration is online.


29. Old Business


a) Fish Fry’s raised over $5000 – school profit!! Many thanks to all the volunteers

b) Nov 13 th – Coffee & donuts after mass – over 50 attendees!!

c) GotSneakers fundraiser – soft shoe donations will be taken throughout the

school year. Shoes do not need to be intact.

d) St. Vincent de Paul will be returning to serve at Cosgrove’s Kitchen on the first

Saturday of the month.  They are in need of a lead couple in April, servers, and

food providers.  Due to East St. Louis Health Department regulations, food

providers will simply donate $15-20, and the lead couple then shops for the

food.  The meal consists of sloppy joes, potato chips, another side to be

determined, cookies, and bananas.  They have been serving about 100 meals

recently.  Julie Grubb is the coordinator of this service. This First Saturday meal

has been provided by our parish for over 20 years before COVID paused it.

30. New Business


a) Receive a donation from the Givenrod family. The quilters finished her mother’s

last embroidered quilt. Very heartfelt letter received from the family.

b) Received a lovely thank you note from the Ysursa Family.

c) Voted/Approved to increase Christmas Gifts to full time staff.

d) Next meeting February 7, 2023 (no January meeting)
